Business Development Manager

JOB TITLE:                          Business Development Manager

LOCATION:                          Dublin

CONTRACT TYPE:             Permanent Full-Time                  

Overall Purpose of the Role:

To generate and develop new and existing business and revenue growth to meet sales targets from Mechanical Contractors within the Dublin area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage existing industry knowledge and contacts, identify new contacts, follow up leads, develop and implement strategies to generate sales from Mechanical Contractors in the Dublin area with whom the company does not currently have a business relationship with.
  • Manage and develop the relationship with existing accounts to optimise existing business and generate sales.
  • Regular travel for face to face meetings with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain and understanding of our product portfolio, attending regular training and upskilling sessions provided by the company
  • Attend and represent the Company at key trade events that maximise sales opportunities.
  • Ensuring prompt and professional handling of all directed sales enquiries monitoring effectiveness of price policies and price review mechanisms.
  • Effectively develop and maintain internal relationships within the Company.

The ideal Candidate will possess the following:

  • A proven track record of at least 2 years’ in the HVAC Industry supply chain.
  • Good knowledge of the commercial heating industry and product portfolio.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills.
  • A proven ability in business development and relationship management.
  • Team leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Dependable, reliable and trustworthy.

Ventilation Sales

JOB TITLE:                            Technical Sales – Ventilation Products

LOCATION:                            Head Office, Naas Road, Dublin 12.

REPORTING TO:                   The Commercial & Industrial Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Quoting of ventilation products in building services projects.
  • Follow up on quotations & sales leads.
  • Process orders for clients.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to our customer base.
  • Work within a motivated sales & technical team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 24 months+ experience in a similar role
  • Good technical knowledge of ventilation products.
  • The ability to work within a team and on own initiative.
  • Be sales & customer focused.
  • The ability to perform within a busy office environment.

Credit Controller - Naas Road

JOB TITLE:                         Credit Controller

LOCATION:                          Naas Road

BUSINESS ENTITY:             Hevac Group                       

Overall Purpose of the Role:
The Credit Controller is responsible for reconciliation of debtor accounts, resolution of any queries or issues with debtor statements, production of accurate and timely debtor statements, reports and reconciliations – ultimately managing all money owed to the business. 

Key Responsibilities:
Weekly invoice runs

  • Updating DNBI database.
  • Monthly Statement run.
  • New Applications.
  • Cash Sales Reconciliation.

The ideal Candidate will possess the following:
3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment.

  • MS Office proficient to include pivot tables.
  • Ideally a commercial and risk background.
  • The ability to work in a very busy office environment with excellent customer service skills and communication.
  • Knowledge of K8 would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
