Internal Sales Support

LOCATION:                                         Naas Road, Dublin 12

CONTRACT TYPE:                             Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Hevac Limited is one of Ireland's leading domestic, commercial & industrial plumbing & heating specialists. We operate in offices and warehouse facilities in Dublin and Cork. We supply every plumbing & heating component imaginable to the residential, commercial and industrial sectors and can offer in-house specialists including design engineers, CAD technicians and system specialists. The focus of Hevac Limited is to provide quality systems that offer maximum efficiency and comfort.

Due to the continued expansion of our business, we are looking to fill two sales support roles to add to the existing sales team across our Domestic and Industrial divisions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the business, who is extremely customer focused and results driven. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be capable of communicating effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating customer quotations and follow-up of same.
  • Dealing with customer calls and enquiries to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Making cold calls to potential customers.
  • To ensure full knowledge of all existing and new products.
  • General administration duties.
  • Provide support to the external Sales Team.
  • Communicate & collaborate across divisions
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management.


  • Technical diploma, degree or a knowledge of the heating & plumbing industry is preferable but not essential.
  • The ability to work within a team and on own initiative.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office would be an advantage.
  • Be sales & customer focused.
