Technical Sales Engineer

JOB TITLE:                            Technical Sales Engineer

LOCATION:                            Head Office, Naas Road, Dublin 12.

REPORTING TO:                   The Commercial & Industrial Manager

The candidate's responsibilities are as follows:

  • The design and quoting of building services projects.
  • Follow up on quotations & sales leads.
  • Process orders & AutoCAD drawings for clients.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to our customer base.
  • Work within a motivated sales & technical team to achieve sales targets.

Candidate will have the following requirements:

  • A Building Services Engineering Qualification or similar equivalent.
  • The ability to work within a team and on own initiative.
  • Be sales & customer focused.
  • The ability to perform within a busy office environment.

Credit Controller - Naas Road

JOB TITLE:                         Credit Controller

LOCATION:                          Naas Road

BUSINESS ENTITY:             Hevac Group                       

Overall Purpose of the Role:
The Credit Controller is responsible for reconciliation of debtor accounts, resolution of any queries or issues with debtor statements, production of accurate and timely debtor statements, reports and reconciliations – ultimately managing all money owed to the business. 

Key Responsibilities:
Weekly invoice runs

  • Updating DNBI database.
  • Monthly Statement run.
  • New Applications.
  • Cash Sales Reconciliation.

The ideal Candidate will possess the following:
3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment.

  • MS Office proficient to include pivot tables.
  • Ideally a commercial and risk background.
  • The ability to work in a very busy office environment with excellent customer service skills and communication.
  • Knowledge of K8 would be a distinct advantage but not essential.

JOB TITLE:                            Purchasing Clerk (Temporary)

LOCATION:                          Naas Road

Overall Purpose of the Role:
The Purchasing Clerk ensures we maintain the highest levels of stock availability possible, while ensuring the relevant staff are kept abreast of any issues.  This is done by methodically ordering from suppliers and keeping up to date with any changes to supplier despatch and transport schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily ordering from suppliers.

  • Keying goods inwards receipts.
  • Getting regular updates from suppliers on outstanding purchase orders.
  • Dealing with transport companies on booking collections and deliveries direct to site.
  • Managing stock availability.
  • Liaising with Internal sales staff on specials and stock updates.
  • Actioning back to back purchase orders.
  • Actioning stock transfers between branches.
  • Fulfil emergency stock gaps with local suppliers.

The ideal Candidate will possess the following:

  • 3+ Years in a similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent English (Spoken & Written)
  • Service oriented attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
