Tesco Dun Laoghaire PPR

Designed, constructed and deliverey of this prefabricated packaged plant room from Hevac’s Commercial & Industrial Division to our client Tesco for their Dun Laoghaire store in Dublin. The bespoke packaged plant room was designed, coordinated and fabricated by the Hevac engineers and construction team.

Due to the tight deadline for this particular project, an offsite plant room production was the best solution allowing full store fit out to take place in tandem with out-sourced plant room fabrication.

Following a principal design stage agreement & detail agreement by the client, consultant & the plant room team. The packaged plant room went into full production. The 8 week process from sign off to site delivery is something that could not be achieved on a normal site. Offsite build allows the minimum downtime of plant productivity a reduction in on-site labour and a reduction in the cost of premium site space.

DeDietrich Gas Condensing Boilers:

Triple-E registered with the SEAI.
Output: 13.3 – 345kW
Cascade control by the De Dietrich Diamatic iSystem control panel.
Annual operating efficiency up to 110%.
Low pollutant emissions: NOx < 46mg/kWh for the MCA115

Plant Room Specification:

Double skin panel Kingspan wall construction.
Double louvered steel door.
External dimensions 2.5 x 5metres.
Built on a galvanized u-section.
Colour: goose wing grey.
Foil back lagging used on pipework.
External guttering
