Hevac Group has been acquired by Wolseley UK

We are delighted to announce that Hevac Group, with its associated brands including (Tube Company of Ireland, Origen, Polytherm, Aluminox), Heat Merchants and Tubs & Tiles have been acquired by Wolseley UK today 14th April 2022. Wolseley UK are the leading plumbing, heating and cooling and infrastructure trade specialist in the United Kingdom. The acquisition is subject to clearance from the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.

The businesses combined employ over 400 people in 47 locations in the Republic of Ireland. All jobs will be retained, and it is also planned that the individual brands will be retained.

All businesses will continue to operate as they do at present. Trading will continue as normal and all services to our customers will continue as usual. All business support services and distribution services will also continue as they do at present.

Garrett White, Director of Hevac, said the company was incredibly optimistic about the substantial opportunities presented by this acquisition by Wolseley.
