The GREENOx boiler is three pass, wet back, low thermal load generator, with passing flame combustion chamber, connectible to pressure air blast burners with gaseous fuel operation. The boiler is designed to be used in systems with water temperature between 60 and 100 °C (safety thermostat set at 110 °C). 3 stars classification

according to 92/42/EEC directive in compliance with 192/05 and 311/06 Legislative Decree requirements.

• EN10217-2 P235GH smoke ducts welded to tube plates, fitted with special helical turbulators.
• Boiler casing with flow and return flanged connections, working device connections, inspection doors, all manufactured with approved welding procedures.
• High density, thick glass wool mattress insulation, protected by easily removable, varnished steel panels.
• Flat front door with reversible opening, inner high-insulating ceramic casing, pivoting on hinges, easily opened by perforated rings equipped with levers as to guarantee a perfect combustion gas seal and allow possible maintenance operations.
• Flat front door (with reversible opening for GREENOx.e 80 e GREENOx.e 90 models), inner high-insulating ceramic casing, pivoting on hinges, easily opened by perforated rings equipped with levers as to guarantee a perfect combustion gas seal and render possible service operations.
• Flat rear door, manufactured in high quality steel as to guarantee high heat resistance, constructed in one piece that can be easily opened and that allows smoke duct inspections, fastened with bolts, equipped with chimney connection and cleaning door.
