CODEX, three pass boilers, can be connected to pressure jet burners with gas fuel operation, able to produce hot water at a maximum temperature of 100 °C. In compliance with directives 90 /396/CEE (gas) - CE 311/06 (efficiency) label, 89/336/CEE (electromagnetic compatibility), 72/23/CEE (low voltage).
Some of the product’s main features are related below:
- Frame composed out of steel vertical profile structure, complete with floor support.
- Panted boiler body characterized by a horizontal axis and gas ducts with a large cross-section parallel to the furnace and a different extension.
- Large cylindrical combustion chamber made of AISI 316 Ti (steel strongly bonded to rich chromium, nickel and titanium), welded with TIG method in order to withstand acid condensate attacks.
- Heat exchange surfaces made from AISI 316 Ti stainless steel, welded with TIG method, consisting of stainless plates characterized by a particular corrugated shape being able to increase heat exchange surface, and facilitate droplet condensate formation allowing adequate drainage.
- Two system return connections:
- Low temperature (underfloor heating, radiators with large heat exchange surface, etc.
- Medium/high temperature (water heater, towel rail radiator, common radiators)
- Condensate and gas collection box complete with chimney connection, made of AISI 316 Ti stainless steel.
- High water content and low thermal load.
