All Fan coil unit controls are factory fitted and wired and contained within a purpose made control box mounted on the side of the fan coil unit. Each unit is supplied with on/off switch and 230Vac/24Vac transformer. Analogue and digital control options are available.

• Free issued controls can be factory fitted. Items such as digital controllers, return air temperature sensors, valve actuators and 2 or 4 port valve bodies with the appropriate connections/couplers.
• Setting of air volume can be direct from the BMS system or through the in-built control card module. The volume can be set by 0-10 volt control signal which, via a control system, is ideal for the utilisation of VAV capability to suit varying occupied space loads.
• The step-less dynamic speed control compared to standard step control gives greater operating range and more flexibility.
• Soft start and slewed speed ramps are programmed into the ECM motor which eliminates stress resulting in longer life expectancy, fewer failures and lower maintenance cost.
• Energy Efficient brushless DC Motors, give energy savings that reduce the fan power to almost a ¼ of that taken by a comparable permanent split capacitor (PSC) motor.
