JOB TITLE:                          Technical Sales Engineer

LOCATION:                          Head Office, Naas Road, Dublin 12

CONTRACT:                         Permanent Full-Time

REPORTING TO:                 Commercial & Industrial Unit Manager

The Role:

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our Commercial & Industrial Heating unit at our Head Office in Dublin 12 on a permanent full-time basis.  This is a central role in the growth of our business through the achievement of group sales targets.   

The Person: 

As Technical Sales Engineer, you will be a flexible, driven and dynamic individual that possesses a blend of sales ability and technical knowledge with a keen interest to learn and grow within the business.   You will be working as part of a busy sales and specification team, interacting with customers, suppliers, consulting engineers and the external sales team. You will be a team player with a can-do attitude and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing quotations and technical submittals of HVAC plant for building services projects with consultant engineers and our mechanical contractor customer base.
• Update and follow-up of our CRM system for projects.
• Process and tracking orders and maintaining close communication with customers from order date to delivery of goods and after sales support if required.
• Provide technical support and assistance to our customer base.
• Provide support to the external sales team.
• Maintain the company values at all times.
• Work within a motivated sales & technical team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Refrigeration Engineering.
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry would be an advantage.
• Previous experience would also be a distinct advantage.
• The ability to work within a team and on own initiative.
• Be sales & customer focused.
• The ability to perform within a busy office environment.
• The necessary visa requirements to live and work in Ireland.

JOB TITLE:                 Commissioning & Servicing HVAC Engineer

LOCATION:                 Dublin (base) with travel within the island of Ireland

CONTRACT TYPE:     Permanent Full-Time

REPORTING TO:          Commercial & Industrial Director

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service and Commissioning Engineer for the commissioning, servicing, warranty and maintenance of our HVAC products and systems, in particular Commercial and Industrial Heat Pumps, Chillers, AHU’s and Air Conditioning. This person will be responsible for providing a timely and efficient technical support and service to our customers alongside managing service contracts directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• On site service and commissioning of HVAC capital plant
• Ensure commissioning is carried out in line with manufacturers specification.
• Provide onsite reactive warranty service.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed specific to each site, OH&S regulations and best practice.
• Prepare detailed commissioning and service reports specific to each project.
• Manage client handover of fully functioning capital plant.
• Ensure exceptional technical service is provided to our customers
• Promote the continuous improvement of commissioning and service processes. 

The ideal Candidate will possess the following:                    

• 5 years+ experience in a similar role.
• Technical expertise in HVAC systems
• F-Gas Qualification.
• Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning FETAC Level 6 would be a distinct advantage (required with C&G 2079 qualification)

• Broad technical knowledge of AC / VRF and Fan Coil Systems, Chillers & Air Handling Units, Heat Pumps and Multi-Function Heat Pumps.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Full clean driving licence.
